Shimi Designs in the past has also carried out LSTK. We offers comprehensive project management services i.e. from concept to commissioning. This enables clients to deal with one firm through all the phases of the project.
Under this approach, a Project Manager heads a team of qualified core individuals assigned exclusively to the project for the duration of their work on it. The Project Manager assigned to each project is thoroughly familiar with the requirements of plant design and construction and supported by cost and schedule control personnel and systems.
